By signing up on this form, I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. By becoming a Member at Brassfield Estate Winery, I understand that I may cancel my Membership via phone conversation, written notice or email 7 days before my scheduled shipment is charged. Shipments are sent 4 times a year during the months of February, May, September and November. I understand that my credit card will be charged in accordance with my choice of Membership. “Pick-up” orders must be claimed within 60 days of the release date. Club discounts are only available to you and your significant other.

SHIPPING POLICIES No deliveries can be mailed to a P.O. Box. Federal Law requires a signature from someone 21+ years or older at the time of delivery. In addition, some states impose limitations on the amount of wine that a resident may receive monthly and annually. I understand I am responsible for any shipping fees of undeliverable wine to the address I have provided.
