Did you know we offer a secure portal to customize your club membership online? From your shipping address to the wines in the package, below are instructions to use if you have any questions on updating your member details online. Keep scrolling past the video for a written list with visuals. Thank you for joining our family!
Please note, all customer details and wines are examples only; wines shown will differ from your current shipment.Â
Click the “Log In” button at the top right of our website and enter your account details. If you see your name in the upper righthand corner, then you are already logged in and can click your name and move forward to Step 2.Â
If you forgot your account password (or don’t remember making one), click “Log In” and then click “Forgot your Password?”. Enter the email address associated with your club membership and you will receive an email with further instructions and a link to reset your password.Â
Â
There are two sections you can use to view details about your club shipment: your Account Dashboard and your Club Membership home page. You are automatically navigated to your Account Dashboard on login, or when you click your name in the upper right hand corner. From your account screen, you can click “Dashboard” or “Club Membership” at any time to view your shipment details.Â
Â
Both the Dashboard and the Club Memberships pages will have an “Edit Wines” option. Click this link to view all wines in your shipment, and customize to your exact tastes.
Make sure you click save on any edits made when you’re done!
While you’re in your account, please confirm the shipping address we have on file, along with the credit card that will be used to process your shipment. Any updates to this information can be made directly through this secure portal.
You can also view more shipment details, including your total savings as a member!
